We can help with all aspects of incident investigations, from coordinating. To conducting root cause analysis.
Safety Auditing
We gather information about one or more aspects of the workplace in order to evaluate the risk levels for health or safety issues.
Risk Assessment
We analyse and evaluate the risk associated with that hazard (risk analysis, and risk evaluation). Determine appropriate ways to eliminate the hazard, or control the risk when the hazard cannot be eliminated (risk control).
Lead Consultant
Andrew Reilly is the lead recruitment and safety consultant. Recruitment is predominantly a contract based service.
Cohort’s safety services are varied and include safety consultancy, preparation of documentation and safety audits. Most of our safety clients are local businesses who need help with their safety management.
Andrew is also an expert in farm safety and is involved with training and consultancy with many large farm and agribusiness organisations nationally.
